Chase $10 bonus for switching to paperless statements
Has anyone signed up for paperless statements (getting a bounty or not) and then successfully chosen to resume getting paper statements? What was the procedure? How much push-back was there?

Was offered United miles for it a few years ago, forget how many. Immediately after the bonus posted I turned it back on. Never heard a thing on it

We currently have about 40 different credit cards. I have them all set up to have the same payment due to. As they come in I add them to a pile and then 10 days prior to due date I go through the stack and pay everything. The paper statements help me make sure I dont miss a payment

All my statements are online only.
I have a tracking spreadsheet that has a similar purpose - helping me make sure I dont forget a card. And it also helps me track spend by card, loyalty program, and bank, and tracks various promos.

To me it is much easier than keeps a spread sheet no need to keep up with the spread sheet, just update the Money software on my computer of the transaction.
BTW, the long sunset Microsoft Money software is so much better than all the Quicken / Mint thing. Cannot understand why Microsoft sunset it. You can tell there are still plenty of users in the world using it judging by the activities on the Microsoft online community.

And if a paper statement is lost in the mail?

Sure I could pay them that way too, but I find it more annoying.

I also prefer to receive paper statements which also go to a stack as they come in. But I also set up payment reminder 10 days before due day. When the reminder email comes I go to card issuer site to schedule the payment, write on the paper statement the payment details (from which bank on what date).

My spreadsheet travels with me in the cloud.

I wish a Microsoft had just released it as open source and given the community the option to maintain and enhance it. Perhaps they had too many dependencies on 3rd party code, but it would have been nice. It’s a miracle that it is still working, and likely a testament to the good coding skills of the original developers.

Spreadsheet requires too much upkeep. These days I dont even keep up enough with the occurrences of new card applications / old card closures because now the frequency is much much less. The past couple years I can just refer back to the email notification on the application status on the timeline (primarily for Chase 5/24 purpose).
