I also prefer to receive paper statements which also go to a stack as they come in. But I also set up payment reminder 10 days before due day. When the reminder email comes I go to card issuer site to schedule the payment, write on the paper statement the payment details (from which bank on what date).
To me it is much easier than keeps a spread sheet no need to keep up with the spread sheet

BTW, the long sunset Microsoft Money software is so much better than all the Quicken / Mint thing. Cannot understand why Microsoft sunset it. You can tell there are still plenty of users in the world using it judging by the activities on the Microsoft online community.
I used it, too, in the previous millennium
I wish a Microsoft had just released it as open source and given the community the option to maintain and enhance it. Perhaps they had too many dependencies on 3rd party code, but it would have been nice. It’s a miracle that it is still working, and likely a testament to the good coding skills of the original developers.
