On my last trip I experienced a delayed departure, but noticed that the Today screen was not showing the latest estimated departure/arrival times or arrival gate information. Going through to the trip details and checking the flight status that way did show updated information.

looks like there was an update yesterday:
It's still not obvious that in the seat map you can tap on a flight number to switch to a different flight in the itinerary, but there is now a big "NEXT FLIGHT" link in the bottom right corner. Although, if you are traveling with a companion, instead there is a "1 of 2" with an up arrow and if you change to view your companion's seat, only then does "NEXT FLIGHT" appear.
IMO they ought to make it so you can swipe the screen to move from one flight to another.
Whats new in version 4.1:
Weve improved the design of our seat maps to make it easier to select seats on your entire itinerary
Fixed an issue which caused the boarding pass barcode to appear too small on certain devices
Additional bug fixes and performance enhancements

This is a welcome change, although while we were waiting for lunch today I went to look at my itinerary for tomorrow and I think something about the wifi-to-cellular connection caused it to think I was offline even though I wasn't, and I couldn't manage to refresh it in a way that would change its mind. Finally had to just logout and log back in again.

Anyone having trouble logging into the Android app recently? I'm trying to and it just spins and spins after I enter my password.
I just had a Android OS update a couple of days ago, so that could be the culprit.

Just checked - no issues for me (S7 Edge). Last OS update was probably a month or so ago

Reinstalling the app should solve the problem - I vaguely remember having this issue a few weeks ago, deleting the app and reinstalling solved it.

FWIW, the Fly Delta app did update itself mid-afternoon for me, but that hasn't made any difference.
