Harry's is on 11th - which is actually in the boundaries of Penn Quarter.

I'll stop by for a bit. Yum Cha happy hour is 4-7 pm, mainly for the dim sum entries. Be aware that there is a Caps hockey game tonight and traffic in NW the las couple of days has been horrendious.

Just a heads up, there might be 3 FTers from CBR in DC from 2nd to 8th of June. A meetup with the local DC FTers is on our plans should the destination be confirmed.
