The good news is that Baywatch is such a big thing in Europe (still for some people) that this has hit the various European news agencies as well.

A few years ago at JFK we were traveling with a very good looking friend, and one TSA agent said out loud he would like to get her hands on those babies for a search before he realized he said it out loud. Several other times I've witnessed them, as a good friend use to say, "Miss a good opportunity to keep their mouths shut".

When they release the video maybe we'll be able to read their lips, but right now based on personal experience over the years, I totally believe he said it.
I have heard many times and reported here before TSOs saying completely inappropriate things at the checkpoint, often in attempt at humour. They were things which should be kept inside the head not outside the mouth.

If anyone hears such a comment from a TSO, whether or not they act on it, I would strongly recommend calling both an STSO and a LEO. TSOs do not have license to engage in this kind of intimidating and harassing behavior.

The inappropriate comments from TSOs could be the saving grace for travelers . . . at least in California. In order for sexual assault charges to be brought, there must be evidence of a "lascivious" intent. The comments we're hearing about might just be enough. (Obviously, everything else has to fall into place as well: the one making the comment must also be the one doing the touching OR must be shown to be acting in concert with the one doing the touching.) Still, it's a start.

If nothing else, the odd agent who misses a good opportunity to keep his mouth shut opens a window on what is thought but NOT said by lots of his colleagues.
And don't forget that these methods also allow women agents a chance to do things they wouldn't dream in a civilized society (anyone remember when we all lived in one?)

Here's her interview with Cavuto earlier this week.

I'm not sure what "fat cow" you are referring to, but removal of shoes is now optional. If you do elect to remove them, you must NOT place them in a bin (as in the past) but instead put them directly on the belt isolated from any other items.

Sadly Florida is also a two party state. Hard to gather evidence of TSA wrongdoings.

However, wasn't that "Don't touch my junk" recording made in CA? Is the local DA after him for illegal recording?

And exactly when was this "option" announced? As someone who flies almost every single week there hasn't been announcement made at my home airport or any airport that I transit. And since I always put my shoes in a bin not one single TSO has said that I shouldn't do that.

As for the "fat cow", I said the one dressed in the black and white dress.

There weren't any videos or images associated with the OP or referenced article...

But this woman at work gets picked with several people still in front of her, the smurf is doing a solid for his buddy watching the images.

And there's not a darned thing she or any of us can meaningfully do about it in the immediate term.
I too have seen this occur with a colleague that could be considered by some to be drop-dead attractive. It's not right that there is no transparency or recourse for such behaviour, although I would hope that at the very least, TSA management would be monitoring the demographics of individuals selected for the scanner.

If he announced he was recording it would be legal. One-party or two-party applies to who must know about the recording.

In an airport, which is a public place with no expectation of privacy, there are no such concerns. The "Don't touch my junk" recording was taken in California as well.

Attractive women are more likely to be terrorists according to certain male TSA agents

Don't you remember what that moron Napolitano told us last November? In short, she said, if you do not like the security enhancements, don't fly.

Real smart of her! Then again, she is not very bright.

A bit OT but can they really do that? Where I live it would be against the law for a police officer to refuse.
