The inappropriate comments from TSOs could be the saving grace for travelers . . . at least in California. In order for sexual assault charges to be brought, there must be evidence of a "lascivious" intent. The comments we're hearing about might just be enough. (Obviously, everything else has to fall into place as well: the one making the comment must also be the one doing the touching OR must be shown to be acting in concert with the one doing the touching.) Still, it's a start.
