The good news is that Baywatch is such a big thing in Europe (still for some people) that this has hit the various European news agencies as well.
A few years ago at JFK we were traveling with a very good looking friend, and one TSA agent said out loud he would like to get her hands on those babies for a search before he realized he said it out loud. Several other times I've witnessed them, as a good friend use to say, "Miss a good opportunity to keep their mouths shut".
When they release the video maybe we'll be able to read their lips, but right now based on personal experience over the years, I totally believe he said it.
I have heard many times and reported here before TSOs saying completely inappropriate things at the checkpoint, often in attempt at humour. They were things which should be kept inside the head not outside the mouth.
