I normally pick PC.com or PC email.....but noticed some promo's are more specific as to origin ie referred by a friend only one that worked once, etc....if you try different ones to get hit it can't hurt I'd assume

WARNING - 9409 is NOT a Staybridge offer - I just tried it and got a 10 nights for 10K points confirmation. I think based on the prior post the Staybridge is 9408 but I got an 'already enrolled' reponse on that one. I think it may be the Staybridge grilling/chillin offer which I think was 2k for the next Staybridge stay.

Ditto...guilty as charged as well. True, my points earnings have approx doubled w/FT and my My Offer Status is full always "but" my spend has doubled+ and no ones complaining...so the PCR Loyalty program works very well but "only" when used in combination with FT member feedback.

6677 and 9659, there's something fishy about this!
4 different individuals accounts, club, gold. gold, plat
all of the registered for the same promos
3 of them could register for 9659, the 4th (gold) couldn't and not for
6677 either.
The only difference that I can think of is that #4 has not stayed at HIX in more than 6 months

Q1 2010 registration failures
There was a promo posted in November that conflicts with the other Q1 2010 offers that is the reason so many cannot register for any of the offers. The code was 8599 as posted below:
STY 12,GET Y3000 JTB NICE CERT
Code: 8599
Hopefully this will answer the "Why am I not eligible" question for most of you. Unfortunately, I believe this 3000 yen certificate will probably not do me any good here in the USA.

This is especially true if you are counting on a couple of nights fulfilling the "stay x get y" promotions. There is no hard and fast rule on this. I disputed it but received a stock response e-mail, telling me to book through PC.com instead of other 3rd party sites. I DID book through PC.com, and have told them as much. Will see what happens...

Never signed up for 8599 but have the same conflict issues so not a factor in my case....

PS, how about swapping EarlyReturns miles for Frontier miles to boost Frontier to >= 1000?

I had the opposite occur, a two night stay appearing as one night in the final PCR posting. The hotel made the adjustment after I contacted them.
These are all true, if they haven't changed your booking. I personally found out at least three times now, someone in individual (different) hotels can interpret our booking differently and change it to splite the cost of one night to two nights. In those cases, even if you fill in an online form, all PCR staff can see from your booking is a very low rate for two nights.
The only solution is to call/email that hotel directly. In one case, I have to call them a few times to put things right and PCR can do nothing about it.

Raffles. The same happened to me. Although I live in the UK I used my US address but used a .co.uk email address - perhaps was is the problem.
btw. on another subject - in the previous 22 posts there have been 9 mentions/querries regarding 2-4-1 offers. I made several myself yesterday but they were all immediately moved/merged to the 2-4-1 thread by the moderator. But these 9 were not. How come? A little favouritism with some users/members maybe?
