Amazing-glad to hear the property is still at top levels of service. One of our favorites as well. Joy is indeed amazing. Just wish they kept Nicolas as well.

Fully agreed - Nicolas was one of the better Aman GMs and was always innovating. I spoke to him last week as well. Very sad to see him leave, but seems there are larger issues at Aman going on here...
