Keep your expectations low, very low. The only thing to look forward to is if you score the new J in the 789. Otherwise the RJ soft product is abysmal as are the disinterested crew.

I guested an MH pax in to the F lounge before...

I guested an MH pax in to the F lounge before they became a ow partner. The guest was a VIP in their circle however which helped; the lounge manager allowed it as a one off. I was lucky.

Was it really worth all this pain jumping over to RJ from BA? RJ, WY and AT in the OW family are mediocre, bare minimum and lazy at best, both on the ground and in the air...you get what you pay for...

11A is right in front of the F and J lounge/sitting area, not galley per se-no food service or prep there at all. Very few people will be using lounge but 10% of the time there may be a child crying...

Row 11 in my experience has been generally been very quiet 80% of the time. The rest is either mothers with crying babies, unruly kids or just inconsiderate pax speaking loudly and laughing away...

I don't know which planet the brains trust at Qantas is on but the LTG 'incentive' of 10000 SC = 1 year of Plat doesn't cut it. I'll get the first one easy but definitely not enough of an incentive...

I've found that's normally only at peak travel times of the day. Mornings mainly. Rarely on weekends, middle of the day or evenings.
