DEN to SAC is about the best scenery going. Definitely do this.
SAC to PDX is quite good also.
DEN to NYP doesn't have much dramatic scenery, but is an
interesting look into America's backyard.

from a BoA checking account.

Perhaps that charge is tied to the type of BoA account one has.
