If there are a sufficient amount of people starting the DO in ARN maybe we should consider the possibility of chartering the JumboHostel (see link) for accommodation the night before the DO

Depending on the date, I'm a YES.
And with the way numbers are going, you may need to charter an SK A380 Huge Viking. Well perhaps Airbus can do a quick logo paste for us like they did on their proving tours three years ago for SQ.
