Missing EBS-points-Urgent!!!!

My husband is missing EBS-points for a flight ARN-BKK-KUL return.
He has sent SAS his boarding passes, I have phoned SAS and e-mailed ebretro in Bangkok but without result.

What can I do???

Phone ebretro in Bangkok?

Can anyone give me there phonenumber?

We are going to book a bonus trip and only need a few more points, so its urgent!

You are in a tricky situation here, try calling member service again (maybe better luck with a new agent) but my guess is that the best solution will be to buy the missing points, if they are not too many.

Well, usually I take the ticket and BP-s to be photocopied in a SAS office, and they have sent them to retro-dept, where they have been always processed.

Does anyone know when the BP:s have arrived that are now processed? Feels idiotic to first wait 4 weeks after flight until you "are allowed" to send bp:s, then wait another 6 weeks (my experience) until getting the points... There must be a better way in this century...

If you need only some points, it's propably faster to buy the points than wait for the retro registration.

It would be great if we have a secret route to the retro-point department - in spite of my best (and poilte) actions to get points "back-dated" I was firmly refused by SAS Bangkok as they had never received the original BPs, even if I could further supply my connection flights to and from the missing flight (for which I obtained points) plus original booking reference, ticket number and seat reference. Good luck!
