It would be great if we have a secret route to the retro-point department - in spite of my best (and poilte) actions to get points "back-dated" I was firmly refused by SAS Bangkok as they had never received the original BPs, even if I could further supply my connection flights to and from the missing flight (for which I obtained points) plus original booking reference, ticket number and seat reference.
