Well, according to the *A timetable, Nov 25 is the final flight for the 767. RIP 767.
If the flight is oversold it might make sense to bring on the Airbus early if logistics allow for it. My experience tells me that this flight is/was heavily oversold in M class.
According to my old timetable today Nov 20 was supposed to be the end of the 767 era.

I called today and asked if they had any E+ seats available. He told me there are no E+ on the 767? He also mentioned all the seats were reserved except a little room in 1st, so, hopfully that is a good sign.
946 doesn't look increadibly promising on availability either:

I asked to go on the VDB list and the GA seemed happy to have someone, had me keep waiting.. after all the op upgrades she let me know they fit everyone on and put me back in my lowly coach seat 
Service was still pretty good, but I have a sore behind

The return was a bit more fruitful. I had already traveled to CPH and my return was CPH-IAD. I gave up my seat for 600 Euro SAS credit (can be redeemed for 300 Euro cash), 150 DKK to spend in the airport (beer), and a C ticket on United home 
Best of both worlds, the VDB & Upgrade.

Thanks fassy! I don't see anything in there about Eurobonus points. The price was good and the SAS hard product isn't bad. Just hope they don't skimp on points because it's a discounted fare. Cheers.

Define skimp, Z on long haul falls in to 150% earning, so 9000 points for CPH-SFO.
