NEWS nr 1:
From Feb 1, SAS introduces stand-by upgrades. 5000 Eurobonus points are required for one segment upgrade between Scandinavian countries, 10 000 points are required between Scandinavia and Europe, 20 000 to/from United States and 30 000 to/from Asia. Upgrade is from Economy Class to Business Class and subject to space and meals availability.
NEWS nr 2:
Between Januar 15 and March 31 1999, SAS will credit you with 2500 Extra points each way on all SAS operated flights between Scandinavia and New york, Chicago or Seattle.
