Well it's very simple actually, the reason why I'm using his card is that I'm not 18, and thus not having any credit/bank/other FF card.
Thanks for your suggestions jacob_m, sounds like I'll might be having problems. I'm considering signing up for an MP account at UA, as they don't have a minimum age rule.
henry999, I don't quite follow you, in case of an award trip (which this is) must I bring the EB card in anycase, even if I'm changing the e-ticket to another card?

Normally you don't have to save your e-ticket to a credit card, you can travel with only a SAS booking reference and a printout of your booking confirmation. I travelled with only a booking reference to China without problems, surely this must be possible also to the US?

This is extremely simple, there's no reason to call SAS and check. The membership is personal. Unless there's a credit card involved you can not put your travel on your dads EBG card. The travel will be registered on the credit card you are paying with if you don't have an EB account.
If your dad gives you his DC/MC credit card with EBG, I think he should worry about other things when you are going to the US...
But still, when you are checking in, it will say your name without EBG under the name, so the BP will not be EBG and not give you lounge access. Its also illegal for you to use a credit card with another persons name since it is a clear violation with the contract between the bank and the owner of the card.
At lounges in Scandinavia, they slide your BP most times in addition to your EBG card and you will be caught right there. At RCCs they are pretty thorough on checking both card and BP
So, there his a huge chance if you get caught, not worth it.
And at the end, you have no business being in the lounge anyways since you are not EBG.

[\rant off]Hmm okay, but how does it work then when booking a bonus trip for a family member who isn't old enough to have a credit card (besides it being illegal for me to use as you say), nor to be an EB member? Do I have to travel on paper tickets for X hundreds of SEK extra?
I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying that SAS should clarify the policies for e-tickets, as it doesn't mention anything in the booking process about which cards to use and not to use as e-ticket.

E-ticket does not actually mean you need a card. Many travel agencies for example just print a paper that you bring to check-in, works perfectly well.
The only thing the check-in agent actually needs is the booking reference to be able to retrieve the reservation, if that is done by swiping a card or by manually entering the booking reference makes little difference.
When you travel on an e-ticket you will still get a receipt at check-in to show at the US immigration (proving you have a return ticket).
I think you can also store e-tickets on Swedish bankcards (Maestro), and AFAIK you can get a Maestro card at the age of 15 as long as your parents agree and sign the paperwork.
What I think Tommy777 meant regarding the lounge is that gold cards and gold lounges don't exist just so that people can show off to others and feel important.
The lounges are there as a gratitude to loyal customers who have done a fair amount of flying with SAS and spent lots of money with the company.

In the drop down menu for e-ticket you have lots of options including:
*Swedish Bankkort
*Swedish Kpkort
*Swedish Sparbankskort
*Booking reference (no card)
And of course all the major CC and FF-card as well as some debit cards.
For people who don't own one single plastic card, irrespective of age or whatever, there is still the option to just get the booking reference without having the booking linked to a card.

When it comes to the tickets itself, you don't need anything else than your ID.
If you are traveling to the US you need a print of the booking in case US Immigrations wants to see your return ticket
So, of course, no credit card or EB card needed if someone else is paying

When traveling on e-ticket to the US they tend to ask at check-in (or sometimes at the gate) if I have a print out of my return ticket with me.
And as Tommy and others already stated, lounges are for those having their own Gold card or are C class ticket holders, thats it!
