Hmm okay, but how does it work then when booking a bonus trip for a family member who isn't old enough to have a credit card (besides it being illegal for me to use as you say), nor to be an EB member? Do I have to travel on paper tickets for X hundreds of SEK extra?
I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying that SAS should clarify the policies for e-tickets, as it doesn't mention anything in the booking process about which cards to use and not to use as e-ticket.
