An A330 is down in CPH, so the old faithful A345 CS-TFX has been flying on SK901/2 to/from EWR since Sep 10.

Does it need some new-new certifications? The plane might, but the pilots are flying A330E already

I've flown ARN-ORD on a new A330E so certifications are unlikely to be a cause. I'm also fairly certain that on delivery of the first A330E's they where used on CPH-US rotations.

2nd flight on SAS tomorrow, PVG-CPH, and again the new business cabin was swapped for an old config plane on short notice. I found the old cabin to be unbearable on my first flight CPH-PVG in early Jan, which I would rank as one of the worst business flights so far, and I'm in a pretty bad mood for the flight tomorrow. Had my PA cancel the next SAS flight on Feb 15 back to PVG.
Got laughed at by my colleagues who say the only benefit of flying with SAS is a window in the lavatory... Indeed.
Back to pure Skyteam flying - at least they are consistent.

I was just informed that today's SK945 has been delayed 2.5 hours. Are the gremlins striking again?
Edit: Looks like LN-RKR was late leaving HKG and it is just a delay.
