Hmm, dunno. Must confess to having more than 1 account and one of them (only one of them) does not get this message. So it may actually be the bad news i.e. ban rather than a malfunction. :-/

Same here, two accounts with the same message but others all fine.
Has anyone who only has one account been affected by this Yet? |

Obviously, this is another culling of accounts in good standing... something similar to August 2016,... Shady practice, to say the least.

For those with multiple accounts, are different e-mail addresses enough or does other contact info like street addresses have to be different as well? Seems like the parent company tends to purge by specific account rather than IP or anything so I'm wondering if it's time to go find invites for hotel and transport sides.

I am stuck on 6485 points with only 15 points required for the reward. Getting survey invites but still the country error. I emailed them yesterday. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

I have only a single account. I have not had any problems with the country error (except when I am traveling internationally, in which case I VPN using my employer's VPN) but two different surveys today have had show-stopping technical errors. One was asking me very detailed questions about the credit union I use and my opinions of it (I picked it from a pre-populated list), and about half way through, my company's firewall stopped me in my tracks, saying that the security certificate of the survey company's website was unsafe. It would not let me continue. :mad:

In the past I have only been able to redeem for Hilton points once every 90 days. This restriction seems to have been lifted as I have redeemed yesterday and the day before. My previous redemption was less than 90 days ago too, so 3 times in the last 90 days.
