I interpret this quite a bit differently. The way I read it, they will give you your first choice hotel on your first choice date. If that fails, they try your second choice hotel on your second choice date. And finaly, your third choice hotel on your third choice date.

I called yesterday and was told that they are processing forms mailed on June 15. I mailed in my forms on June 17 and they told me to expect it to take ANOTHER two weeks. It seems like they just recieved way more requests then they ever thought.

I also get the feeling that they received more than they had planned. I guess that proves it was a good offer.

I'm trying to get a list of courses by mail and the phone agent swears there is no list to mail even though the form states call this number for a list by mail. They claim if the certificate hasn't been mailed to you, that they can't see you in the system and to wait another 1 1/2 weeks.

Gosh if it takes 30 minutes to get through just to ask a simple question of how to get a list by mail, I'd hate to see how long it actually takes to book a course. Pretty disappointing so far.
You can see a list of course's at www.tlc-rewards.com/dockersgolf07

Received my golf vouchers last week and it included a participating course listing. Preceded to play Split Rock Resort in PA on Tuesday. Redeemed the August voucher without any issues and it covered green fees and cart. $50 saved, looks like this deal will work for me. ^

Has anyone had a hotel stay booked yet? I received my packet yesterday. I am curious as to whether there are nine possible combinations of hotels/dates or three. People on other boards have been given both answers by customer service when they call.

I sent in my request form two weeks ago, so according to their terms, I should be getting a call soon. If I do not by the middle of next week, I plan on calling them.

Too good to be true? Maybe

Or is this a new promotion?
I took the bait for the Father's Day Kohls/Docker (2 free-hotel-nights deal). So far, no mail, no call. Still waiting! When you call, you are in a voice-maze that refers you to a web site. Nothing links to find out what happens to the promised certs.

Oops!
Talking about timing. This afternoon, I received a nice marketing booklet from Docker re the above promo. There is a hotel request form at the end of this booklet.
My wait is all declared OVER!

Received my hotel package in Saturday's mail.

Just curious, has anyone done any research or had experience with which of the hotels are the most expensive/most desirable/best value of those on the list?

Still waiting for my two airline vouchers.

Hey CLIMBGUY

The envelope is probably about 5x8 inches and has TLC marketing stamped on the front.

I just received mine as well. I called them to clarify about the hotel/date selection. I was told that the priority is hotel, then date, i.e they try your first hotel selection for all 3 dates, then your second hotel selection for the 3 dates, then the third. That's what I wanted because the hotel selection is more important than the dates (for me).

Well, *if* I ever get my form, my preference would have been hotel/date combo, 1st, 2nd 3rd choices... Am not sure how much good the way you described will be for how I was planning (hoping) to take advantage of this promotion...
