Just to follow up:

I made my reservation months ago for April 18-19 in Wash DC. Everything went off without a hitch.
It was a pain to get the hotel to work, but worth it in the end.

I'll add very similar comments - sent in the form last June, had the "typical" issues with finding a suitable hotel, etc. Stayed the past weekend at the San Francisco Courtyard hotel. No problems, room was great, location was great - even the weather was great!

Thought we'd have a hitch at checkout when they tried to get the $30 meal credit to go through and it didn't - but it turned out there was a different credit card number faxed over that the front desk manager overlooked. Once she discovered it, no problem.

Dockers JC Penneys & Kohls Promotions

Hello, I'm new to this forum, but I wanted to thank all of your for this thread on the Dockers promotions from Penney's and Kohl's. I was contacted last Wednesday, finally, in regards to the free flight promotion and submitted my dates to the concierge. Hopefully that will work out.

I never heard back in respect to the free hotel + dinner promotion, so I followed the advice to contact the Docker's Consumer Service 800#. A case was opened for me this afternoon, and "I should be hearing back from someone soon. (We) have to get all of your information from TLC Marketing and find out what happened." I feel at least that something will be resolved. My travel dates were 3 weekends in October, which of course is long gone now.

I will post the resolution when received.

Season's Greetings to all!

As an update, I contacted Dockers at least 4 times between December 18 - January 30th. Someone from TLC Marketing finally contacted me this afternoon regarding the promotion.

problems! TLC Marketing, Dockers and JC Penny

Hi my name is Ray and I like many people fell victim to the TLC Marketing, Dockers, JC Pennys free airline ticket scam of 2007.
Currently I'm talking to an attorney about filing a class action lawsuit on behalf of those of us who were taken in by this scam.
What I need to know is how many of us are out there who were victimized by this promotional scam? From what I've read those of us who were victimized fall into two different categories, those of us who have never heard from TLC Marketing, Dockers and or JC Pennys after sending in our completed vouchers and those who did receive their ticket only to have paid an exorbitant 90.00 fee. Can you or anyone shed some light about this fee and what goes into it?

Also it seems there maybe a second scam promotion run by TLC Marketing and T-Mobile. I would love to hear from anyone who felt they were scammed by TLC Marketing and T-Mobile.
If you would like to share your experience with me I would be very grateful.
My email is [email protected]
Thank you,
Ray
PS As there are several threads on this same topic on Flyer Talk, I've posted on each I think.
