Just visited the "mycokerewards" site on Facebook. Apparently loads of folks are having the same issue. Hopefully it is just a glitch and will soon be fixed. Meanwhile I am holding onto my "promotion is over" caps to try again later.

I do not think they are doing the Coke Zero promotion this year. I do not remember them having it last year either. :(

Holding onto about 200 black caps for any March Madness tie-in with Coke Zero.
No error issues entering my 75 on each account this week.

Since the beginning of 2016, I have had a number of issues with code entry (promotion over notice) but all of the codes were eventually accepted. MCR is definitely having issues with code entry this year. IMO, hold the codes to re-enter at a later date and if the issue persists be prepared to mail them in for credit.

Mistakenly deleted reward e-mail
 
My wife participated in the special Christmas discounts and bought an AMC movie/drink combo. She received an e-mail about it, glanced over it and then deleted it, not realizing that it had the actual info needed to redeem the reward.

Is anyone aware of a way to get MCR to resend a reward e-mail? I looked over the site and didn't see a way to request it.

Wrong forum. But, did you check the deleted folder? MCR unfortunately will only refund the points-

I have a dozen of these 10 point flaps and I shouldn't have to do this due to glitches in their system

They also responded to my inquiry, but so far they haven't given me any credit for my four 14-digit codes. They did, however, ask for all kinds of information from the original cartons which I no longer have - I just kept the end flaps with the codes - so I may be out of luck. Terrribly disappointing.

Same here, I never save the cartons, just the end flaps.
