I just donated another ball with no issues.

Clicked <enter code> on the splash screen,
Entered code,
Special Offers came up,
Selected Donate Ball,
Selected school (that is registered),
Clicked to confirm, and I was thanked for participating.

I don't know what it is, but this is just not working for me.

I tried again just now, followed the link, clicked on donate a ball, got the "enter a code" screen, entered a regular Coke (red) cap code, and the splash screen came up with only two offers: the music download and the instant win free entry. NO "Donate Ball"!

I'm wondering if the earlier glitch is read by Coke Rewards as having gone through, and used up my "one per member" free ball?

Or maybe the donation actually did go through and the glitch occurred in trying to display the "Thanks for Participating" screen?

Any way you know of to check to see if you did donate, and to whom?

If not, I'll call them tomorrow.

I do not get the Donate Ball link (Special Offer) when trying for a second time on the same account. Probably due to the one ball per account limit. I see no way to confirm the redemption/donation on the MCR site.

To close this out: I did call and the CSR said she could see I tried to donate a ball, but she had no way to find out if the donation actually went through, or what school it was for.

Just donated a ball to a school. I don't have kids in school anymore. So I picked a school in the poorer neighborhoods. As I figured they needed the most help.

I did that also, I googled "poorest school districts in U.S." and donated to a school in that district.

I wish they allowed more than one redemption per account. I would like to pick up another.

After who knows how many years, Mycokerewards has sold my information. Got an e-mail yesterday welcoming me to the Longhorn Steakhouse "club" to the ancient e-mail account that only collects spam and MCR mail, and it was addressed to the diminutive version of my name that I gave to MCR.

Ah well, I consider myself lucky that it took this long for them to do this.

When you play the Instant Win games you are normally asked:
"I would like to receive special offers & information from <vendor name here>." with a Yes or No toggle to select.
I always try to make sure and choose No (especially the first time one plays a new game).
