Redeemed one (1) 500 PC points for 160 MCP's. Only allowed me to get 1. I still need 400 more MCP to get the 2K for PC.

Told ya that PC was coming back.

How do you know or where does it say that only one redemption of either Prioroity Club award is possible?

I have searched for the Terms and Conditions and have found no such restriction.

kathiel Jan 4, 2012 9:34 am

When you try to buy another you get the message that only one per account.

It says right there "one per member".

NJ, you're looking too hard! It's the very last line of the Reward Info page, the page on which you click the "Get It" button:

"Make yourself a priority. Escape for a night. Get some extra rewards.

This package of 500 Priority Club® points can be redeemed for your choice of hundreds of great rewards, from hotel stays (Reward Nights) to airline miles. You can choose from almost 4,400 hotels in the InterContinental Family of Brands, which include InterContinental® Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza®, Hotel Indigo®, Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Staybridge Suites® or Candlewood Suites®. Plus, you can redeem points toward airline miles (Redeem Points to Miles), tickets, dining or shopping certificates. You must be a member of Priority Club® Rewards to redeem this reward. If you are not a member, join at www.priorityclub.com/mcrenroll. This reward only leads to more rewards for you and your family.

Must be a member of Priority Club® Rewards and provide membership number to My Coke Rewards to participate. Bonus Priority Club® points will be awarded according to the standard terms and conditions of the Priority Club Rewards program which are subject to change. Points will be deposited immediately into your account once you deposit your points online at www.priorityclub.com/deposit. Guests who are not Priority Club® Rewards members must enroll at www.priorityclub.com/mcrenroll. ©2012 InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. All rights reserved. Most hotels are independently owned and/or operated.

Limit one redemption per member."

FWIW. The 500 points redemption is only a slightly worse deal. 0.315 MCR points per PC point as opposed to 0.32.

Most FT'ers value 1000 PC points as being worth $6. With redemption rates of 2000 PC for 630 MCR and 500 PC for 160 MCR you're getting less than 2 cents per MCR point - I think that's a very poor redemption value. You're much better banking your MCR and waiting for the occasional good deal to pop up like the May 25, 2011 deal that offered 500PC for only 50 MCR (6 cents per MCR point) or this holiday season offerings of various gift cards (5 cents per MCR).

Thanks Kathiel, Foxberg and Bob! :-:

I was looking too hard!

As I recall, however, although they had this same sort of restriction last year, after some time -- when the rewards were no longer available as they were sold out of their allotment -- I recall their appearing again and then one was able to redeem again for the same account, so we will see if they follow that pattern this year.

Excellent addition to the rewards selection and thanks OP for the notice! ^

Yeah, it's not like the old times. MCR doesn't give new accounts bonuses anymore. They used to give 75 points, then 50, then 20 and 10. And now there's nothing. At some point in time one could combine new account bonus of 50 with Wendy's promo that paid 30 and 500 PCR ended up costing just 80 MCR. Sweet memories...

I cleaned out three accounts today that had been sitting on 760 points each (i Had to top them off to get to the 790 needed which was no problem)

3X500
3X2000

a quick 7500

I really think the way to do this is once these things run out, just create a few accounts and sit at around 760 points and each month or two just add a 3 pointer to keep it active and then when these redemption ops come back, unload all your accounts

It could be the way to go these days.
