For those you wonder how long it takes miles to post after you purchase something (for example I did a Groupon for 20% off +3emiles/dollar), here was the response.
"There is a 45 business day waiting period for the credit to be reflected in your account; as mentioned in the offer the 45 days begins after the close of the month in which the order was placed."
That means - it can be up to 3 months. Personally, it's not a big deal for me. However, if you are counting on the purchase to put you over the top in a short time frame, I'd plan accordingly.

Annoyance of the day- I was at 497 miles and I think they do a single sweep for IHG redemptions at the end of the month.
Solution- scroll down to 'recent offers' or something like that and just keep clicking on links until I find another 5 pointer, meaning that my 500 miles for 750 IHG points is hopefully on the way shortly.

I joined up recently and completed numerous surveys last night but today I checked my survey history section and Ithe states I have only completed one survey even though I saw after each survey the congratulations page, is this normal for e mlies or something you get used to?

Sorry, e-miles updates miles/points once a month usually on the first day of the month so, chances are, you won't see them post until the first week of April.

Hilton posting time/schedule
Does anyone have any experience with how frequently and on what schedule Hilton points post? I did an e-rewards redemption that was instant, and I was hoping e-miles posting would be similar, but it has now been about 10 days. I know that with a lot of the participating programs, e-miles/e-rewards post once a month around the end of the month/beginning of the next month, so I am hoping the points post tomorrow or over the weekend. But, I don't want to wait much longer than that for the points to post, and I think today is the last day to buy Hilton points at a discount. TIA for any information.

Despite my hostility towards the e-miles enterprise, I'm trying to get to (crawl my way to) 500 points so I can move to Hilton and be done. (I know, hardly worth the time and effort, but....)
In the past many months, virtually all of the offers were ones where you didn't get points simply for reading and answer the standard few questions, but had to actually click through and accept/sign up for/buy, whatever.
Today I got the "You have new offers" email, I yawned, went to the site and found SIX offers that gave me five points each simply for reading.
Can't remember when that happened last.

Hey Cblaisd, I'm a member of their UA version, which now offers transfers to miles at the 250 level. Check out whether their HH version offers the same, so you can get out early!
