Well which is a bigger waste of time? Completing an eRewards survey or reading FT complaints about an eRewards survey? I do the surveys if bored or watching tv or something, and every once in a while they give me a couple miles. YMMV.

Awesome, after ignoring the past 20 surveys they sent me I am now invited to their "preferred research panel".

I used to complain about e-rewards alot a couple of years ago mostly about the expiring points and sometimes about not getting credit.

I think they've improved. They're now offering more reward choices that I can actually use and I get a decent amount of surveys. In the past year, my husband & I have redeemed for the fTD reward, 2 CO mile rewards and 4 Hilton rewards. We both nearly emptied our accounts over the summer (our expirationi dates) and already have over $50 each.

While the surveys are getting longer, we're not qualifying for as many, and many are closed by the time we try to do them, we are getting more points and I honestly can't complain about the rewards being offered.

They have improved as far as I'm concerned. YMMV and obviously does.

I think I had enough of them also. Manage to redeem for 2 $100 rewards but then nothing, they simply ignored me for months.

I am experiencing what many of you have experienced. I received tons of surveys in July and August and now I'm at $81, waiting for more surveys to reach $100 level so that I can redeem 2000 miles before the end of the year. It's been 2 weeks since I received the last one. Looking at the number of surveys I got in the past two months, I was so sure that I would reach the $100 level by October. Not anymore!

If I may insert a happier note here, I finally reached the $50 level, and redeemed them yesterday for Hilton points. When I went into my Hilton acct. a couple of hours later for something, they had posted. A delightful surprise.
Maybe I don't consider my time as valuable as some do theirs, but I figure what little time I spend on surveys..even when I DO qualify...is worth a little in my Hilton "piggy bank".

E-Rewards have always been instantly posted to HH, a fact that floored me after my one and only redemption about a year ago. My beef wasn't with reward posting but was that I was never able to get to a reward level often enough to make it worth my while. And that's just my experience and I'm glad many here have experience exactly the opposite.

Indeed, it's always been that way. Another reason I stick mainly to HHonors points as a reward and don't bother with the (mostly worthless) other options. @:-)

Too many rewards not posted to my account. When I request them, I get a message saying in effect "our clients deny your rewards". How can they deny them when they themselves have a record of them?

Dave

I have earned hundreds of dollars since the beginning of the program. The devaluation last year (AA) should have been enough for me to cancel. However I kept plugging along. A month ago I had a $15 that took a very long time to complete. At the very end I got an error message. E-rewards stated via e-mail that I would be credited 7-10 days. This was in response to e-mail I sent. Anyway... Nothing. I have e-mailed each week and no response. I'm pissed! I want to cancel, but on principle I was waiting until I get the $15.

I had an error on one of my surveys recently. I emailed them and the next day they told me the problem was fixed and I could continue the survey. I ended up getting full credit for it, too.

Of course, I am still waiting for a $15 survey credit to post from 9/1 and have received no response to my email

Actually, my missing credit just posted ^ No reply to my email but at least I got the credit. An odd way to do business: never acknowledge customer inquiries and hope everything turns out okay.

An eternity for $45.39

I have never received many surveys. It might be demographics (under 30, girlfriend, rent home, ect). I have been a member since the program started and feel like the only emails I get are account statements 2X a year and recently a warning to tell me to redeem because OCT 30, I will lose almost all the amout earned.

Only problem I am as you can see 4.61 from $50!!! So close, so I have to accept a $25 reward and a smaller one after....

I was getting quite a few. I redeemed a $100 award, and now I seemed stuck at $43, and have until Oct 31 before losing 75 percent of them.
