Need E-Rewards Help

Redeemed for Hilton more than 90 days ago. I am trying to redeem again and I get a message saying it has been less than 90 days (not true). How do they calculate the time period? Does anyone know?

If there was a redemption into the HHonors account from ANY E-rewards account within the last 90 days, HHonors will no longer allow redemption until 90 days passed. Do you have aniother E-rewards account, or does your significant other have an E-rewards account where a redemption was done into HHonors within the last 90 days? If so, you are blocked from further redemption until after the 90 day period.

Thank you so much for explaining this. My husband and I both have E-rewards accounts but a joint Hilton account. Now I understand--thanks again.

This is exactly why I canceled my E-Rewards acct. I couldn't cash in awards because of time restraints.

OK try this:

Change the address on one of the e-rewards accounts and try the transfer from that account into Hilton again.
That might work.
Why I think so?
I was able to redeem awards from my wife's and my e-rewards account into our HH mutal account within the last few days. The two were done about three weeks apart.
Note the following also my wife surname is also different from mine so that may be wife it worked ( i never tried before and had it rejected as you and others have reported)

Didn't work for me. Oh well.

For the past few years, I transferred 2 sets of 3000 HHONORS points into my account every 90 days. I tracked redemption dates and did the transfer usually around Day 91 or 92 since the previous transfer. Guess e-Rewards and Hilton didn't like my "earning" 24K points each year. Too bad there's nothing else worth redeeming.

nwa give possible bankruptcy or hilton? help

what do we do with nwa miles given possible bankruptcy? I only have 6000miles and the award travel needs 25000miles. I have erewards to redeem, about $78 now, waiting for it to be $100 soon so I can get 2000 nwa miles. But now I am not so sure I want them.
Or I could get 3000 Hilton miles in Nov(redeemed in aug) but rest of the erewards will expire in feb bcos it will be 1 yr of membership(guess I could try redeeming for more hilton points by feb when it will be 90 days from nov).
what do u do with hilton points?
also, should I get my husband an erewards account also? I am earning well with erewards and we have separate last names, can we keep a single hilton account?
thanks

Hilton is no longer opening joint accounts. Only previous ones were grandfathered when they stopped doing this.
