Does MyPoints ever reply to emails?

Any way to reach an actual human being at MyPoints?

Our own PGary instructed me long ago to ALWAYS save anything having to do with mypoints.I save both the offer, and if I respond to it,my reciept of the transaction.
Be prepared for head aches if you try communication with them.

Try Faxing

I hardly bother with sending e-mails anymore. All they do is send a canned response that doesn't address your problem--obvious they don't read the messages. Yes, I make a copy of the offer and receipt then fax to: 415-615-1122. Within a couple days they'll reply by sending an e-mail that the points will be posted to your account and then they do post.

They don't read the mail and then just send a form letter. I have been fighting with them for a month. They say I have 3 accounts. We have 3 family members with 1 account each, which is in accordance with their terms. They just keep sending the canned reply that I have 3 accounts and which one would I want to leave open, losing the other 2 accounts. In protest I flew Airtran to DC this week instead of United (Mypoints owner)

I have been trying for about a month to get credit for the Entertainment book. It seems I get the automated reply and then another e-mail asking for a copy of the Entertainment confirmation. I have sent the confirmation about 3 times but they do not recognize it and have not given me the points.

I have always found that MyPoints responds within 2-3 days, but that their responses are a joke. They do not even read the emails as they almost never answer any of the questions I ask. They just send you canned responses that do not mean anything.

Still, eventually, with enough pulling teeth, you will get your points.

I searched through archives and found the following phone #: 1-888-262-4528.

Amazingly enough . . . it actually works and I got a real live person!! He took down the info about all my missing points and within 5 minutes sent me an e-mail listing the points that would be manually credited within 5 days. I'll keep you posted as to whether they actually do post.

Thanks for phone #, I will call & try to convince MyPoints that I am a real person & so are my referrals. I didn't raid the cemetery for names & birthdates

I've faxed requested info & emailed with no results.

Odd that acct. was disabled right after 2k purchase bonus points & a few referrals posted. Points suddenly went from 980 to 3,000. My account was disabled a few hours later ~ before I had a chance to transfer.

Just give me my 3k points to transfer and MyPoints won't have to worry with MyBum anymore.
