Problems with MyPoints

Is anybody else having serious problems contacting mypoints lately?

I have several transaction from April that I still have not received credit for - Fox.com and Reflect.com - and I have written and sent them the documentation.

I am either not getting any response other than a form email of "wait 20 business days" even though it has been over 60 business days. Or I get a response that the points will be credited in 5 days - which they don't - then they tell me to wait 2 more days because they are entering them in manually - and it has been a week since then and they still haven't posted.
All my purchases have been legitimate (no tupperware $1 GCs).

It seems like in the past three weeks something has gone very wrong there. I have not even gotten my points posted overnight from bonusmail.

Reflect.com points never ever post and I have 7 purchases from them. Not one has posted on time and I have had to send emails to fight for them.

If I wasn't so close (20 points) to the $50 Macy's GC I would probably give up.

Anybody else finding similar responses from them or have any advice?

I'm starting to think My Points has had the biscuit. I haven't gotten any bonus mail in three weeks. Points I have earned haven't appeared and no replies from Customer Service.... I got a little nervous, so a couple weeks ago I decided to transfer the points I did have to Hilton. They disappeared from My Points, but haven't made it to hilton yet.... I give up.

For what it's worth, I've been getting e-mails (several) every day from them and the points post overnight. However, I no longer buy anything through them as it's such a hassle it's not worth it. Previously I purchased quite a few things and had to send numerous messages to get whatever points they'd promised. I'm cashing in my 1000 points this week to HHonors and then I'll be done with them. I'm taking my business to E-Bates.

MyPoints has been working without trouble for me recently. 5-10 bonus mails a week and purchases post fine.

I have not been having any problems at all with the system. Although I must say it is a little bit buggy from my work computer, possibly because of the firewall?`...

Call My Points Customer Service...after emailing my concerns, I have always had good service calling My Points and talking to a Customer Service rep. They have listened and resolved points issues, awarding points immediately, or within a few days of my phone call! Give them a call...
