MyPoints.com = NoPoints.com

I have been using MyPoints.com for several months for anything from clicking emails to registrations to purchases. I have noted that on many ocassions the points do NOT post. Points from registrations almost never post (recent examples the benefitcosmetics.com, freebizmag.com etc.). Furthermore, emailing them has no result. Any other opinions?

The few times I've had problems with points posting, I call CS 888-262-4528. So far, I've always received a favorable outcome.

You can easily look at your account statement on-line. It lists your points and where they originated. The points post the next day after earning in most cases. Shouldn't be too difficult to keep track of it this way.

You might want to post this at the S.P.A.M forum, or do a search. We all had had some problems with MyPoints, but in comparison to ClickRewards, GoldPoints, and some other online fiascos, MyPoints is GOLD

I'll move this to the "S.P.A.M." forum, where tradionally these types of posts originate.

Hi
My points disabled my account after my first redemption attempt last week. Emails and phone calls to the above number have not gotten no responses. Could u tell me who/how u got past the voice mail maze to actually resolve your issue. I would really appreciate it as I have quite a few points thru purchases etc that I am trying to redeem and don't understand why they disabled my account.
Thanks

MyPoints never credits my account automatically whenever I make a purchase through them, which can be annoying. However, one e-mail starts a minor communication exchange which always results in my account being credited properly. I have always gotten results. This is a minor inconvenience I should not have to worry about but, on the other hand, the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Other than this minor annoyance, I have been quite satisfied with them overall. I have already redeemed my points for more than $150 worth of merchandise at Target and Home Depot.

I just joined PCH Points as well. This program does not have the scope of MyPoints as of yet, but you may want to look into that too.
