Either way, you can buy every day $100 visa gift card from staples using topcashback.com 5.5% rebate to negate $6.95 fee.

Does TopCashBack pay out though? I had a cell phone purchase through them and they never paid. They're "researching" the issue now but that was almost 2 months ago and no update yet.

It would be foolish to count on getting your rebate from topcashback. See: so many other threads.

I have received all my TCB rebates. Thanks for the heads up of buying thru them to negate the fee

Glad you got the rebates. But there's such an unusually high risk of not getting them that calculating a total return should account for that.

This deal is dead right?

Or does anyone have any updated info on if it's still going on?

Thanks!

Or you can load up to $1,000 for a $3 fee onto the Target Amex card without worrying about rebates posting and then waiting months to get your rebate.

Has this been a recurring promo or just a one off?

There was a similar (though even better) offer on Black Friday. Hoping for many more to come.
