check next week

The preview ad for next week is on OM's website...has the same $10 off for two $50 MCs. I'm going to show up Sunday am and see what their registers have to say about it.

Finally got to go to OM today. There are still tons on the rack, however, the cashier only allow one pair per household. The price for 2 cards turned out to be $99.90 not $89.90. Not sure if OM got smarter about it, or it is this particular store (in MA).

OM has fixed it so it is $99.90 everywhere now.

Un-loading these $50 MC GCs

Has anyone tried to use these at CVS? If so, were you able to use more then one on a large transaction? (i.e. 10 X $50 GCs on a $500 purchase)

in my experience they work at any retailer that accepts master card. Just tell them it's a gift card and the amount on it (dont swipe it until they okay it). Then proceed with the other million gift cards you have until you're out of gift cards or have $0 balance.

You can use the GCs at CVS, but most CVS will not accept them for buying VRs since the GCs don't have your name on them.

Office max 10 off two $50 mastercard giftcards

Update 1/29/2012, CVS point of sale limit is 7 credit tenders. (i.e. 6 $50 MC GCs and a 1 credit card to cover any remaining balance) do not hit 7 tenders with a balance remaining because the register will lockup and require a manager override. Love CVS moved my RXs here.

This is in OM's ad for this week, has anyone been able to buy them since Sunday to see how much discount is taken for set of 2 cards?
