I don't know when this change was made, but $100 Delta Vacations certificates are now only 1,500 points, which if you can use them, is probably the most lucrative redemption. They were 5,000 points each when I redeemed for mine a year ago.
Fine print: Requires minimum two night stay, and only one certificate can be used per Delta Vacations package booking. All certificates issued this year expire at the end of this year.

Tip: Go to "My Account" and scroll all the way to the bottom. There are some "tasks" that are missing the checkmarks that you may have already done, but can do again to earn the points. Some are as simple as clicking through.
