What if I withdraw the money in my current netspend card and then deactivate the card. Then, use a link here and start a new account for a new $20? Do you guys know if anything bad will happen such as Netspend banning me? I am new to this Netspend thing.

I just got an email saying as a previous/existing Netspend customer (I don't recall being one, but it's possible one of my branded cards is Netspend) I don't get the bonus and neither does the person above me in the conga.
