Ive been trying the past couple of days to cash out for UA miles, but it keeps telling me after I click 'Confirm' that my Zip is wrong. Its not and its the same zip on my MYPTs acct and UA accct
anyone else run into this?

See a few posts above- it took a few tries and copying over the Zip+4 directly from my address listed in my UA profile but it eventually completed the transaction.

Hi, I had the same problem & figured out the solution through trial & error!
Hi, I had that exact problem, and tried for several days to redeem MyPoints to UA. I messaged/emailed MyPoints & tried calling them. Id never had a problem before & I knew my zip code hadnt changed! So, I went into my United MileagePlus account, and I found that theyd added the extra 4 digits onto my 5 digit zip code. Once I changed my zip code in my UA profile back to the original 5 digit code, I was immediately able to redeem MyPoints for UA miles. Sounds simple, but it was VERY frustrating trying to figure it out. Hope this helps!

In-store deal at Walmart this week. Buy Kiwi leather care kit, which is $11.88 at my local store, for 2500 points. And the grocery coupons on MyPoints has a coupon for $5 off this kit. Purchase must be made before January 1 and receipt uploaded by 11:30 pm PT on January 1.
