Doesn't charge you for a tea or coffee, isn't decorated in vision destroying orange or with ads on the luggage bin lids, doesn't play a fanfare and a loud announcement about 'another Ryanair on-time arrival' as the plane taxis in, doesn't describe an airport two hours drive from Frankfurt as a Frankfurt airport, doesn't tell you your bags have been offloaded then you see them appear out of the plane 10 minutes later - and the next morning when you are on the flight hold it for over 30 minutes become some passengers have been delayed (ie - consistency). I'd rather travel on a London Transport bus!

easyjet is orange, and to be fair they don't use much of it. Some planes are reversed with orange fuselage and white logo, but most aren't.

OP,
ok FCO has train to Rome and CIA does not.
But bear in mind for the benefit of your granma that the walk from G gates in FCO to the train station into the airport is not short (at least 1Km.), while the Terravision bus at CIA stops just outside the airport terminal.
There are travelators, but the whole transfer is not short.

I wasn't intending to pick solely on Ryanair - but it's hard to miss all the orange on the crew uniform on EasyJet too!

Taking grandma on Ryanair
For short haul in Europe there really isn't much in it. You will sit in a similar seat, with similar pitch.
On full service you will get a drink and packet of nibbles included. You may get a sandwich.
On low cost you will have to buy drinks, but you will have a greater choice of food if you're hungry.
I would choose on price, schedule and location of airports.

A comment like Easyjet for an American, just not worth it, thats a joke in itself, fly any of the awful airlines licensed to treat you like livestock in the USA and you will know Easyjet run circles around the rubbish you put up with in America, better staff, fares, planes & customer service.

For Many people in UK Low cost Operators are the only choice unless we want to fly via Heathrow
