Quite a long way away, but I'll post it anyways. Stopping over for three days on my/our way to HKG from OSL
Always up for meeting fellow FTers for food/drinks.
I have changed my flights to August 1-7, but that may change again, and I'm planning a side trip to St. Petersburg also.

Duly noted.

August, 1 is the eclipse day in Siberia but otherwise a few of us should be in Moscow to entertain you.

Just found some Air IAH/MOW/IAH for around $600.
Is this good deal?
What will Weather be like in March/April?
Is Moscow a expensive City to hangout in?

Any advice appreciated.

Thx

Any time between June and August is cool with me..

I don't post on the Russia forums much, but live in SVO during summer and go over a couple times a year.

And yes, IAH-MOW for $600 is a great deal. Is that on the new SIA non-stop? Moscow is sort of expensive if you don't know the right places to go.. but definitely nice in March and April. It starts thawing out and warming up.

I'm planning on being in Moscow May 13 - 17. I'm talking advantage of the 50% off starwood promotion so will be staying at the moscow sheraton. I'd like to meet up with any flyertalkers who will be around that week.

May 8?

I'm either at Novotel (at SVO2) or the Sheraton this night. Would love to hook up with any FTers who care to.

PM me or post here. All are welcome!

I'll be staying at the Sheraton May 15-20. Looks like Greg999 and I have an overlapping schedule. Should we get together for a mini-Do?Anybody else in Moscow around that weekend?

Might be a challenge to get together with this kind of schedules. It almost looks like one of us has to leave Moscow before the other one is allowed to come in. Is there some kind a Russian law against having more than (3) visiting FT-ers in Moscow at the same time?

FWIW, I'll be there in late July. I see that fills in one of the gaps
