SR Qualiflyer service deteriorating?

Hi guys,

Does anyone observe a change in the service level since cards and programs merged with all the partners? No single transaction of mine has been recorded unless I send a fax since last October

Cheers

mileage-credits of my recent flights (with SR owned Crossair) have shown 3 days after the flight.

I think it works well with "core" members. My miles from a Turkish Airlines flight in October have been credited only recently and nobody has a record of a hotel stay that I made in Radisson.

I don't know about the mileage posting, but I tried phoning the UK & US service centres many times yesterday, and had no joy getting a reply.

Very frustrating.

The UK Qualiflyer Service Centre is being relocated to Hammersmith from Leciester Square. A small number of ticketing/res agents will remain at the Swiss Centre site.
The relocation was due to take place over the weekend. So take heart people, it was probably as chaotic for them (Swissair) as it is for you to try to reach them these few days. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
