I was given an email address <[email protected]> from an online chat to complete my request.
When sent, my response came back with an automated message to use other form of communication.
Has anyone used this address with success ?

I contacted them again regarding the red-ended email address and they dealt with the issue then and there, with the collection of my phone No. to finalise the matter, for security purposes.
If the issue does transact, it would have been excellent service.
