Thanks. I will be travelling with infant in lap... and he is going to be VERY entertained by the mask idea as he has never seen me wearing one.

I could completely be wrong, but I’m guessing the tray and covered dish style of post-covid serving isn’t conducive to an Arabic breakfast spread which normally looks like this:

There is no reason why this couldn't be served with covers, perhaps in bowls.. Based on photos of other meals I've seen on the board during Covid times.
