There are cheaper fares for a similar journey I am doing from LHR in March but it is currently £1801 rather than the £1887 last week, £300 more than I paid in November.

Definitely targeted, I got the 4x Qmiles only if booking Premium, and only 2x if on Economy.

I need flights for the UK summer holidays and whilst I can get exceptional outbound pricing from much of the EU ( even with the value of the £) I am unable to get anything decent due to the blackout date from August 15th for the return.
Consequently I am delighted that I grabbed some CX fares before Christmas which now look spectacular given my travel period. I will keep watching as they can be cancelled but right now am disappointed with QR approach ( though I can see these fares offer some great value) and please with my decision to pull the trigger on CX.

The Hong Kong website has loaded all kind of deals since yesterday. For two pax, it lists CDG for 13,640 HKD in J. But this not clickable while the other 7 destinations are clickable. IS that a bug that is going to change?

According to a contact of mine, there are a few IT gremlins being ironed out at the moment.
QR are aware of these, but they are affecting a very small number of specific routes.
Hope those who questioned me about the Sale fares, are happy with the outcome.
