Nothing like taking a plane that's configured for shorter domestic hops, moving it across to international operations and reducing the number of available toilets at the same time. Maybe they're hoping that if people don't order a meal that they won't need to partake in the other facilities either.

Or they will charge people to use the toilets, just insert a coin. Even better make the passengers pay per KG of waste :O

Coins mean pax carry more weight and also someone would have to empty the coin box. I suspect they will ask you to "top up" your FF card which you can then swipe to enter the facilities.

I do suspect that if one simply refused to pay for the toilets, and was threatening to use the seat back pocket instead (a reasonably difficult manoeuvre I'd imagine ), that the attendants would be happy, under the circumstances, to waive the charge.
