Still broken.
I was advised to call back on Friday for an exact quote, as there was a problem with their system that isn't going to be fixed until then. She then did look at the website and said "Yes, I see what you mean about the error". Any QF IT lurkers watching this space? |
If you can't wait, BA.com will allow you to book LHR-MEL-LHR - albeit via the BA Codeshare - prices also look on the high side compared with Aus_Mal's findings on expedia.

I was booking an award ticket last week, AKL-xMEL-SIN, SIN-LHR, LHR-SIN, SIN-xSYD-AKL. I could find availability on the days I wanted (in business) for the sectors, but only if I searched for them as one ways or returns. I could not make the multi-city tool return availability for SIN-LHR.
Eventually I had to book it over the phone and they refused to waive the 2500 points fee to do it even though they acknowledged the website wasn't working properly. They also quoted approx SGD$1300 in taxes and fees for this which seems way too high from what I can tell. Interestingly the ticket still hasn't been issued a week later so I don't know what the actual taxes and fees will come to. |
I've noticed in my QFF account recently that I have activity (eg: points from etrade, everyday rewards and flights post as normal) yet it claims my last actitivity was June, 2010 (when it really was September). Anyone else seeing this "feature"?

This has been noted on AFFT as well.
Currently Perth is not even being listed as one of the state/territory capitals at the top of the drop down selections. It can be chosen from the main body, but as noted, then you can only select Geraldton. |
Yeah, same problem for me - trying to book an award flight from Port Macquarie to Brisbane - but can only select GET as my destination!
