No, as noted in your screenshot it is sold as business. Need first to get Al Safwa.

Does that mean this fare might not ticket, because of the business-first mismatch? As I understand, this’s exactly why the LA fare from CAI can’t be ticketed.

No, it’s a marketing issue discussed here:

It's a great way to enjoy first class experience at business class prices.

For some euros/dollars more you can fly to ATH, don't know if it's still a "great fare"

I'm not doubting that QR markets intra-ME as first for the same seats; I've done it many times. I'm saying you show up with a RJ ticketed/marketed flight in business I highly doubt they are going to let you into AS. AS entry requires travel in first or "first" on any oneworld carrier, not just QR.

You ain't getting in.... you'll more than likely end up in one of the new, very ordinary, One World lounges....

You should be able to use the Al Mourjan lounge as the RJ flight is in business. The oneworld lounges are usually for status members not traveling in J or F.

  • Business Class
  • First Class
  • Al Mourjan Business Lounge is available to Qatar Airways customers and oneworld Business Class (Elite/Comfort/Classic) ticketed customers. Paid access into the Lounge is available based on ticket eligibility. For more details please visit any Qatar Airways Sales Office or approach any of our Qatar Airways lounge reception during your transit in Hamad International Airport.
