I used that lounge in the Satellite terminal a few times flying KLM in Y and having STE+ / FB plat status, pre-COVID , a.o. during a stop Jakarta-KUL-AMS when everybody has to leave the plane for 1.5 hours or so. Not sure if there is any other lounge in the satellite, but that was the lounge KL then had an agreement with.

ah I think they aren't available during the summer as I was checking tomorrow all the way to July

KL swapped its AMS-KUL-CGK to AMS-SIN-CGK/DPS. KL currently flies AMS-KUL-MNL (I don't believe they have local rights for KUL-MNL). AMS-KUL-CGK is set to return beginning W23/24 schedule (late October) but that could just be a placeholder.

Fifth freedom KLM flight from KUL-CGK (and vice versa) available in Class Z going at USD123

Quite a bargain considering its a lie-flat seat.

Travel dates: Nov 2023 - Mar 2024

Shame there aren't more of these tag on flights still around. Used to be quite common especially in SE Asia and the C or F prices were always quite cheap, though usually at rather inconvenient times since it has to line to up their long haul flight.

Great fare indeed. Was in Asia a few weeks where I had to do Jakarta-KUL then even Y with KLM was around this price.

No guarantees, but when I did once SIN-DPS pre COVID with KL in J on a cheap miles offer I got a house.

This is a great fare! If only some of the old Asian fifth freedom flights still existed!

I took this flight in December 2022. You get access to Malaysia Airlines Golden Lounge before the flight, boarding drinks in glassware, a mini sandwich (our flight had lobster or veggie), and a Delft Blue house filled with Gin as a souvenir.
