One would assume so but it's hard to find a definitive answer on the UL website.
If booked in I on all legs, and assuming the codeshares do earn tier miles, MAA-CMN would earn 15,315 out 20,000 required miles to attain UL "Classic" / OWR.
I wouldn't bother trying to earn OWR though, it's a fairly worthless status - except for some rare exceptions like free exit row seat selection on CX.
