KLM Site states it as a "Z" fare
Following the OP's link to KLM's checkout page and expanding the "Ticket Conditions" states "from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta" and "You will be travelling in Z Class with fare basis ZLSWMY." Is this not a Z-class fare as far as Delta is concerned for RDM, MQD, MQM purposes. I did not see where it is identified as an "O" fare. I understand it's not a great MQD ratio, just trying to understand if Z on KLM means O for Delta. Thanks much

Sure. I flew this route CGK-KUL last year. I assume it’s largely similar in reverse.

Thanks jfkeze. I did not notice that the fare had jumped to USD148 when I clicked through. I'm guessing the USD116 was the "O" fare and they are now offering the regular "Z" fare at a normal price point. That price makes a MQD ratio of 1.89, if I'm calculating correctly.
Thanks
