Thanks everyone! I've managed to book a beach hotel 5* for 1245 pounds with 13% cash back which I'm really happy with. I think if I left it any longer they would have been sold out already. Crazy.
And I booked the Iberia Biz, and had the choice of seat

Also, please make sure that the BA car package is proper full coverage. You may need a copy of the insurance policy from BA to ensure you avoid extra fees at TLV.

Thanks - I hate hiring a car normally. Seems like there's always so many things to forget or go wrong!
Anyway, justifying first for 1666 vs Iberia Biz for 650 was too difficult for me. Iberia it is.
