A bayonet fighter never steps back, but I acknowledge I should have stuck with the term used by the OP, Insult, just to keep the train of thought on track.
But in my defense, using the oracale Wikipedia, the first line of the entry on harrassment is: "Harassment covers a wide range of offensive behaviour. It is commonly understood as behaviour intended to disturb or upset."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harassment
That (disturb or upset) was what I suggest the OP set out to do, wether he admits it or not.

I am not a government employee. I do not act as an agent of the government. Therefore, I do not have to respect your constitutional rights. If you harass me, I may take certain steps. The steps I take will be fully judged on whether my actions complied with the law. They would not be judged on whether you had the right to do what you did.
TSOs are employees of the government. When they are working, they act as agents of the government. When acting as an agent of the government, they are required to respect the constitutional rights of whoever is taking a certain action. They cannot deny constitutional freedoms by retaliating against individuals for exercising such freedoms.
Cohen v. California (the "F*** the draft" case) is a clear definition of the right to use speech such as this. You may not like it, you may think it's horrific, but it's protected by the first amendment. So you have to deal with it.

MKEBound and "Kip Hawley is an Idiot" was also protected speech that TSA got all spun up about.

And it's already been established that the TSA has no interest in complying with the Constitution. I realize it's probably a pipe dream to expect they'd comply with it in the future.

I'm annoyed at how often I have to explain this here.

Your momma needed to chase you around the house with a bar of soup a bit more often. You can hide behind freedom of speech but it comes off sounding more like a case of bad maners.

Got some pics? Wanna buy some?
Why not. Their doctors see them naked. You should see what happens when they go to the gyno, he gets all up in their hoo haas.
Once I read about this gyno who took advantage of his patients. There was a MD who was a child molester. I read about a shrink who hypnotized his patients and then took pictures of them and shared them with people. Guess what, my wife has a gyno appointment coming up.
Fight your fight with the man, not with the poor schmuck monitoring the majic box on the line. If you find one stepping out of line, then take action.

I am not a government employee. I do not act as an agent of the government. As such I am allowed to retaliate and handle cases of people calling me out as Brooks handled Sumner . They oughta issue TSOs walking canes.
